Feedback and complaints
The work we do to improve the lives of young women and girl simply wouldn’t be possible without our supporters. Your feedback is important to us as it allows us to address any potential problems, resolve issues – and build on aspects that are working well. First, please pass on your views to Dominica Elfira Kusumadewi Feedback Coordinator. We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible. You’ll receive an acknowledgement within 14 days; we’ll investigate within three months and we’ll let you know the outcome. If you send us positive feedback, we’ll pass on your compliments to the people most directly responsible. If you have a complaint about fundraising which isn’t resolved to your satisfaction, you should contact the fundraising desk within two months of receiving our response. They’ll investigate your complaint and let you know their findings within 30 days. TRIPLE-F agrees to abide by the decision made by the web@Regulator.
