We believe that the real gender equity and leadership that we need is embedded at the grassroots of young feminist activism, where high level political ideas are translated into daily intersectional realities. Those people at the receiving end of gender inequalities are also building transformational solutions for the current emergencies.  Similarly, young feminist from these very same communities are the least responsible for causing the current crises, and yet they are also leading the way in crafting alternatives that will benefit us all. They are also the ones who face the most difficulties when trying to access the multilateral decision making spaces intended to drive consensus on global issues. Centering the political power of young women and girl activists, we enter all of our work through a power-building lens – redistributing power assets, building collective power, organising power holders and transforming power structures. Our teams and founders committed to resourcing young women and girls activism for the long term. Together, the collective resources the with and for young women and girls, using these insights to influence and advocate across philanthropic and development spaces for more and better resources and programmatic practices with and for girls.
