Strategic Framework Plan

TRIPLE-F’s Strategic Framework Plan  sets the organisation’s course for the next three years – outlining the many ways for TRIPLE-F, working in Feminist synergy with others, to most efficiently and effectively save and change lives. It is grounded within renewed global commitment to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its associated Sustainable Development Goals. Approved by the annual general meeting every end of May, Our Strategic Framework Plan  will work for a world where nobody is constrained by prejudice or stereotyped expectations, where every person is free to shape and decide over their life and body. A world where gender equality and equity prevails and oppressive power structures are broken down. We are so excited to share our strategic planning, we like to think of it as one road-map to a young women, girls and trans* youth revolution, like TRIPLE-F as a whole, this is the work of so many. We give particular thanks to all members, young women and girls  advisory, as well as staff and consultants from across the organisation of TRIPLE-F, for their continued insight and inspiration, for helping us hold the line and always reminding us why we are here and who we are accountable to as part of our strategic planning process, we took a deep dive into the with for young women, girls and trans youth. For 8 years TRIPLE-F has championed and delivered quality services, comprehensive information and advocated for just laws so that more young Feminist in more places under more circumstances may realise their rights. Started with an act of global solidarity between young Feminist activists from just a handful of areas, TRIPLE-F has since grown into a broad and diverse community of services providers and advocates that stretches around the earth. Our very existence manifests just how the demand for dignity in human rights is universal to young people the world over. But that world is changing rapidly. Tough challenges must be confronted – the toxic legacies of longstanding racism, sexism and homophobia, for example; the deepening impacts of the climate crisis, violence, and inequalities; the escalating consequences of new technologies, population displacements, and habitat destruction. On its 6th anniversary (2021), TRIPLE-F embraces a new, bold. The Strategic Framework Plan will guide TRIPLE-F’s  work for the next three years. With an eye toward the 2030 deadline to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, it details how TRIPLE-F will catalyse urgent and sustained action to achieve gender equality and the empowerment of all young women and girls. Our Strategic Framework Plan is based on key findings from an extensive consultative process, drawing on lessons and recommendations from evaluations, audits, and other assessments, including those from the 8-year review and appraisal of the Platform for Action.
